BEST DRESSED: SAG AWARDS 2011

Ahh, the dazzling spectacular that is awards season. We savor the whirlwind of gowns that parade down the carpets of the back-to-back shows. The Screen Actors Guild Awards is a show that celebrates actors, voted for by actors. Today we celebrate actors in our own way—this is our accolades to the actors who had sensational style.

Our list was slightly monopolized by some GLEE gals (Agron, Michele, Morris)—but we pay credit where credit is due. Dianna Agron was simply enchanting in a midnight-navy and black Vintage Chanel gown—flexing her timeless, glamourous taste. Lea Michele whose red carpet taste often tends toward the wow-factor frocks didn't back down in a champagne Oscar de la Renta gown made more modern via its skinny belt. And Heather Morris caught our eye in a Romona Keveza gown with fitted bodice and flowing skirt—light and ethereal.

Our other favorites were Mila Kunis in a vibrant, flowing Alexander McQueen number, Julia Stiles in an ombre blue Monique Lhullier gown, Modern Family's Sarah Hyland in a simple, sleek knotted Max Mara gown, Best Actress nom Jennifer Lawrence in a popping pink, velvet bow-sashed Oscar de la Renta dress, and a more demure January Jones (a version we prefer) in Carolina Herrera.
