Hello red! A hair color trend has ignited and is spreading like wildfire as celebrities are hitting the bottle and going red. Within the past month, Mandy Moore, Scarlett Johansson, and as the web has been abuzz about, Blake Lively, have all taken their locks to shades that favor Jessica Rabbit.
Where did the frenzy originate?
