BEST DRESSED: OSCARS 2012
After last night's Oscars, many best dressed lists are singing the same song this morning. We think the reason for this unanimous consensus is because the best looks were pretty undeniable. Without further ado, the winners of Best Dressed are: first up, Jessica Chastain who wore an embroidered Alexander McQueen gown that felt more regal with her red tresses. White was a popular choice with attention given to construction with Rooney Mara in Givenchy, Milla Jovovich in Elie Saab, and Gwyneth Paltrow glowing in Tom Ford. Emma Stone ravished in a red Giambattista Valli gown and Louis Vuitton clutch and jewelry. Michelle Williams wowed us in her Louis Vuitton frock. We liked the wispy taupe J. Mendel gown Kristen Wiig made slightly edgy via a dark manicure. And perhaps our favorite look was the Mara sister without a nomination but in a winning moment on the red carpet. Kate Mara looks effortlessly ethereal and pretty in a pale blush gown by Jack Guisso Couture. Thank you Academy for a display of couture and glamour!
