When it comes to seeking styling inspiration from the stars, we regularly isolate small aspects, themes, or unexpected choices that give looks a wholly effortlessly cool appeal. One such tactic that caught our attention was seen by Zoe Kravitz and Emma Stone, who both wore edgy black leather tops that starkly contrasted with bright white bottoms. We're not sure if it's the leather top that makes the white bottoms stand out, or the other way around, but the pairing is certainly harmonious.
Another styling touch worth incorporating: sneakers over sandals. Especially with a basic breezy dress or tailored basics in achromatic schemes. Rihanna's high-top Converse were fun with her white frock, while Ashley & Mary Kate Olsen's Superga sneakers were clean, comfortable and style-savvy.
